Procurement of Stationery and Computer Ancillaries for the Sierra Leone Correctional Service

The Sierra Leone Correctional Service (SLCS) has received funds from the Government of Sierra Leone for the procurement of Office Stationery and Computer Ancillaries now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of same.
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate capacity to supply and deliver Office Stationery and Computer Ancillaries to the Sierra Leone Correctional Service.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 4th November, 2022 at 12:00pm All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business Registration Certificate;
- Bid Security of NLE 40,000 from a reputable commercial bank;
- A valid NRA tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact;
- Bid form appropriately signed and stamped:
- Completed and Signed Eligibility and Qualification Form
- A valid municipality/Local council certificate; and
- Evidence of experience in similar supply
- An audited financial statement for the past two (2) years/Access to Line of Credit of
NLE 5,000,000 (Five Million Leones)
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 4th November, 2022 at 12:00 noon
Bids will be publicly opened on 4th November 2022 at 12:00 noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders
The Procurement activity will be executed as a Framework Contract.
