The Kenema District Council has allocated funds under the Government of Sierra Leone for the procurement of Works and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the:

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate commercial and technical capacity

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9: 00am – 5: 00pm (Sierra Leone Time) from Mondays to Fridays. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Leones (Le350.00) into:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 5^th February 2025 at 12:00 pm (Sierra Leone Time). All bids must be accompanied by:

• A copy of a valid Ministry of Works and Public Assets  (MWPA) Registration certificate minimum of class two and above
• A copy of valid Business Registration Certificate
• A copy of valid NRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• A copy of a valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate
• List of proposed Personnel with their qualification and experience
• A Bid Security of Thirty thousand Leones (Le30,000.00) from a reputable Banking Institution
• List of available Contractor’s equipment and their availability, source (lease, rental or owned) & copies of Vehicle registration cards
• Site visit report/form to be validated by any town chief along the road
• Copy of Valid Council/Municipal registration certificate
• Signed integrity Pact form
• Signed Bid Form and Stamped

Bids will be publicly opened on Wednesday 5^th February 2025 at 12:00 pm (Sierra Leone Time) in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.  Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
