The seminar focused on a range of issues, including the role of forests in combating climate change, the importance of protecting biodiversity, and the challenges of sustainable forest management. Discussions also delved into the complex economic and social issues surrounding forest management in different regions of the world.
According to report, the leadership of NAFGA urged Ambassador Bah to advocate for the protection of Sierra Leone’s forests. As a notable and influential musician, he has a unique position to raise public awareness about the importance of preserving Sierra Leone’s natural forests and wildlife reserves for future generations.
His involvement in this important cause highlights the power of art and activism in creating positive change. The Chinese Embassy in Sierra Leone selected Ambassador Bah to represent Sierra Leone because they believe he is the right person to champion the United Nations Forest Instrument Implementation and forest management in Sierra Leone.
