The Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Limited has allocated funds for the procurement of One 80KVA Generator its Branch Office at Wilberforce and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders.
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the financial and technical capability to provide the required generator in the right specifications and in a timely manner as the generator is to be installed at its Wilberforce Branch which is currently close to completion.
Bidders may obtain further information and inspect /collect the bidding document at the address below between 10.00am and 2.00pm. on each working day; and the Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sle 1,000 (Three Thousand Leones).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 28th January 2026 at 2pm and Bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business Registration Certificate
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A Bid Security of no less than Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Leones (Sle 15,500) from a Reputable Commercial Bank
- Freetown City Council License
- NPPA Supplier Registration Certificate
- A signed Integrity Pact; (See attached)
- Bid Form, Signed & Stamped (See attached)
- Evidence of similar contracts
- Audited Financial Statements for 2023 and 2024
- Manufacturer’s Authorization
- Statement of One year Warranty
For exigency of time, bids will be publicly opened on 28th January 2026 at 2pm, in the presence of bidders’ representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
