ALIMAMY TURAY, the extraordinarily eloquent and all-time efficient President of the New Jersey Chapter of the All People’s Congress ( APC ) , has set his mind on making himself more useful and serving the party in an even greater capacity.
Turay, under whose leadership New Jersey now boasts of one of the key stakeholders and one of the most vibrant chapters of the APC, is aspiring to be the next Secretary General of the U.S . Branch of the APC —AND hordes of party comrades have come out in support of his candidacy. They know that Mr. Turay will certainly help lift the APC to another impressive level if he becomes the party’s scribe in America.
APC New Jersey has always been a productive and vibrant chapter and the epicentre of APC activities and aspirations in the U.S, but when Mr. Alimamy Turay won the election and became President in 2015, he made the chapter even more powerful , dynamic , constructive and an indispensably tenacious arm of the political bastion called APC and the political architecture of our motherland.
Alimamy Turay, in his inaugural speech, promised greater things for APC New Jersey and he delivered on his promises . If all politicians could be true to their promises and commitments as Alimamy Turay , Sierra Leone would be an even better place.
Alimamy Turay, a non- polarizing figure, a pacifist and brilliant mobilizer of people at all levels, made the APC more attractive to adherents, reinvigorating the spirits of many members who had lost interest and not only bringing them back but making them useful cogs of the party. Under his leadership, the membership of the APC New Jersey has grown in a manner that remains amazing and impressive.
Mr. Turay, the skilful politician, increased and improved the participation of veterans, regulars, women and youths . He has a unique ability to win over , motivate people and keep them focused and united towards a common objective.
An increase in membership of the chapter has also brought a tremendous boost to the finances of APC New Jersey and this been a blessing not only to the chapter but to the national branch in Freetown.
Alimamy Turay is a natural leader, a man born to lead and move people and under his administration, APC New Jersey has enjoyed exceptional unity, peace and tranquility . Thanks to the peace- loving and inclusive nature of the leader , APC New Jersey is a chapter unknown for the ugly feuds that prevail in some party circles.
A very respectful young man, who gives everybody his / her own due respect and voice within the party, Alimamy Turay ‘s administration has also been marked by a fascinating degree of mutual respect, trust and comradeship among members.
There is no doubt that if he becomes Secretary General of APC USA, Alimamy Turay will be a productive voice, influence and force for meaningful change and betterment in the ideals, values , agendas , goals and achievements of the APC branch in America.
He will also be a great force for unity and amicable working relationships between America and the other branches and the national wing of the party in Sierra Leone.
I call on all members of the party to support the candidacy of Mr. Alimamy Turay and give him the votes he needs to serve the APC even better as Secretary General of APC USA in the revivalist and crusading Kalokoh- Kebbie ticket.
