Sierra Leone is hurting, and we all feel it differently but deeply.

Our business community is struggling under the weight of high taxes, inflation, and a weakening Leone.

Professionals and young graduates are working hard with little reward or recognition. Families are stretched thin just to make ends meet. Our market women, civil servants, teachers, and youth are losing hope in a system that seems to have forgotten them.

But we can not afford to give up. We must come together. We must speak honestly. And we must begin to build a new path forward.

On Thursday, July 10, 2025, Dr. Kaifala Marah will host a Town Hall dialogue with professionals, business leaders, civil society, the Media and other strategic stakeholders themed “A Nation at the Crossroads” where he’ll talk openly about the state of our economy, the real pressures people are facing, and how we can begin to turn pain into purpose, and frustration into a focused national recovery.

This is not about politics. It’s about people.
It’s about listening to one another.
It’s about solutions that work for all Sierra Leoneans, not just a selected few.

If you believe Sierra Leone deserves better, this conversation is for you.

Let’s talk. Let’s listen. Let’s lead together.
