A late goal from Bangalie Koroma sealed the deal for Aberdeen, ending Kroo Town Road’s title defence.

As the match progressed, the tension in the arena was visible. Kroo Town Road Community, despite their relentless attacks, with Musa N. Kamara (TOMBO) who led the front were unable find the back of the net. Aberdeen’s defence was rock solid, frustrating the Kroo Town Road attackers. The game seemed destined for a stalemate until the 83rd minute when Bangalie, with a moment of sheer brilliance, changed the course of the match.

From midway on the field, Bangalie spotted the Kroo Town Road goalkeeper slightly off his line. Seizing the opportunity, he unleashed a powerful strike that soared through the air, leaving the crowd in awe. The ball sailed over the goalkeeper and into the net, securing a spectacular goal that will be remembered for years. This wonder strike not only broke the deadlock but also sends Kroo Town Road Community out of the COFA tournament.

When the referee sounded the final whistle, Aberdeen Community supporters celebrated their hard-fought victory. Despite their valiant efforts, Kroo Town Road Community’s journey in the COFA League had come to an end, but Bangalie’s wonder strike will be etched in the memories of all who witnessed it. This match was a testament to the unpredictable and thrilling nature of football, where a single moment of brilliance can change everything.
