High Court Judge, Hon Justice Suleiman Bah of No Court 2 Freetown has on Monday 10 July 2023 acquainted and discharged Alah Bayoh alias Rooney over lack of witness to testifies in court.
The accused was found not guilty of all charges by the court for want of witnesses to testify against the accused.
The accused was standing trial over larceny contrary to Section 13 (a) of the Larceny Act of 1916.
According to the particular of offence the accused (freeman) Aiah Bayoh on 15th June 2022, in the Western part of the country, stole one blue tecno spark six mobile phone value at Two million Leones (Le2,000,000), one tecno spark nine mobile phone value Three million Leones (Le 3,000,000), one rolex wrist value One million Five Hundred Thousand Leone (Le1,500,000), and an unknown name wrist watch value Three million Leones (Le3,000,000) all to the total value of Nine million Five Hundred Thousand Leone (Le9,500,000), been a property in the dwelling house of Larry Wilson.
