The Managing Director of one of the leading telecommunication companies in the country, Africell Sierra Leone has expressed his profound delight at feedbacks received from customers during a day sales engagement within the Freetown business district.
Mr Shadi Gerjawi Tuesday 14 June, 2022 profusely registered his sincere appreciations at what is widely described as the high level of turnout of Africell SL customers, with positive comments, views and feedbacks on the way forward in promoting the company’s multiple products.
Addressing staff and customers following the sales drive initiative aimed, at soliciting customers’ experiences, Africell SL, Mr Shadi Gerjawi disclosed that engagement was propelled towards enhancing positive and fruitful interactions between management and customers.
Also strategically positioned elsewhere on Pa Demba Road, Africell SL Managing Director, went out of his comfort zone in a bid serve humanity with his company’s gesture.
He encouraged staff cut down on the cost of Africell SL’s new handset from Fifty Thousand Leones (Le 50,000.00) to Twenty-Five Thousand Leones (Le25, 000.00) which earned customers the opportunity to secure brand new Africell SL handsets.
He informed that the process factored expectations from customers and incorporated their views, opinions and recommendations for immediate administrative actions to enhance mutual business benefits via quality and efficient service deliveries.
Africell SL MD explained that his company extracted first-hand information from customers via the one on one interactions. He reassured all of Africell SL’s relentless efforts in providing adequate care and support to customers across the country.
The Director of AfriMoney, Martison Obeng-Agyei, who was also strategically assigned at the densely populated PZ area during the customer sales drive, described that venture as a step in the right direction to capture the views and reactions of customers about the use of Africell SL services and products. He said that they have been able to engaged customers one-in-one basis and derived first-hand information from them.
