On Saturday, May 4th, the APC USA District Women’s Wing Executives Team orchestrated a captivating fundraising dinner and dance event with the theme “Step Up to Lead,” aimed at inspiring more women to engage in politics and take on leadership roles.
The occasion was graced by elegantly attired party executive members adorned in their party colors, adding to the vibrancy of the day. This ground-breaking event unfolded at the prestigious Rutgers University Cook Student Center, located at 59 Biel Rd, New Brunswick, NJ 08901, New Jersey, USA.
Madam Namina Safie Kossay, the esteemed Women’s Leader, described the event as a dual effort to raise funds for the APC Party and to champion the involvement of women in politics.
Emphasizing the significance of women’s voices in political spheres, she urged women, especially those in the diaspora, to actively participate in advancing the party’s initiatives.
