On Monday, May 13th, 2024, the old mosque was demolished to make way for this significant project, marking the beginning of a transformative era for the Muslims on campus.
This new mosque is set to become a pillar of faith, unity, and community service, reflecting the rich history and growing needs of the Muslim students, staff and community people at Fourah Bay College. However, this ambitious project requires substantial financial support, and the Jamaat is calling upon the generosity of everyone to help bring this vision to life.
