Augustine Lamboi has long been an influential figure in the football scene, particularly in the Bullom Chiefdom. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping football within the region, bringing his vision for growth and development to life. His dedication to the sport has not only been evident through his time as the head of Lamboi FC but also through his efforts to ensure that the community remains involved in the development of its local teams.

In a bid to ensure the sustainability of football in the region, Lamboi made the crucial decision to transfer the ownership and management of Lamboi FC to the chiefdom, a move clearly indicating his belief in the community’s ability to take charge of the future of the club.

Even after stepping away from the direct management of the team, Lamboi has remained a strong supporter, both financially and morally, continuing to contribute to the growth of Bullom Stars FC.

The donation of the 25 pairs of football boots took place during a special handing-over ceremony attended by local officials, including the Paramount Chief of Bullom Chiefdom.

The Paramount Chief expressed immense gratitude for Lamboi’s continuous support, acknowledging the positive impact of his contributions on the local football scene.

He specifically noted that the new football boots would significantly improve the players’ performance, providing them with the necessary equipment to excel in their matches.

In his speech at the event, Augustine Lamboi emphasized his passion for football development, not just within Bullom Chiefdom but throughout Sierra Leone.

He encouraged the players of Bullom Stars FC to remain disciplined, focused, and committed to their sport, assuring them of his continued support in their football journey. Lamboi’s message was clear: his contributions to the sport were not just about the present but also about investing in the future of the team and the youth of the region.

The management of Bullom Stars FC also expressed their heartfelt gratitude for Lamboi’s generous donation, acknowledging that his continuous support has been instrumental in the team’s progress and success.

The management pledged to make the best use of the new equipment, ensuring that the players are well-equipped to perform at their best in the upcoming matches.

As Bullom Stars FC prepares for the next rounds of the Leone Rock Premier League, the donation of the boots is expected to provide a significant boost to the team’s morale and performance.

With Lamboi’s support, the team is poised to continue striving for excellence, further solidifying his legacy as a key figure in the development of sports in Bullom Chiefdom.

This timely donation by Augustine Lamboi not only demonstrates his ongoing commitment to football but also highlights the importance of community support in the development of sports at grassroots level.

As Bullom Stars FC move forward, they can take great pride in the knowledge that they have a strong and dedicated supporter in Augustine Lamboi.
