A group of patriotic and devoted Sierra Leoneans called Big Apple Foundation has rescued a ten months old baby Ali, who was seriously suffering from Hynia. Reaching out to baby Ali Big Apple Foundation underscored the vision and aspirations of their foundation, which is geared towards rendering humanitarian support to less opportune people at a time in need. They believe that the Big Apple Foundation is committed to reaching out to helpless communities and people.
Chief Executive Officer, Big Apple Foundation, Patrick… a United States based Sierra Leonean, and team said as Sierra Leoneans, they are duty bond to give back to their home country-Mama Sierra Leone.
They said that Big Apple Foundation is all about love that cut across of every tribe and region. They only have one aim and one motive “Mama Sierra Leone”.
Big Apple Foundation Spokesperson, Pastor Kalokoh said the Big Apple is an upcoming foundation positioning itself to shake the shore of the nation. Pastor Kalokoh said they are targeting sensitive case such as Baby Ali.
He said, the big Apple is non-political and they believe in the patriotic act of brotherhood, unity and love. He further expressed his thanks and appreciation to the entire Big Apple Family.
Mariatu the mother of Baby Ali, said she is full of joy as she cannot express her thanks and appreciation to the Big Apple family. Such act will be forever remember, she peacefully said.
