The Reigning Champion of the Sierra Leone Premier League, Bo Rangers has extended their lead at the top of the Sierra Leone Premier League after defeating their main challengers, Kholifa Stars by 3 goals to nil.
This all important encounter between the team in the first position Bo Rangers, and the team in the bottom position, Kholifa Stars took place on Sunday, 8th April 2024, at the Southern Arena Stadium in Bo.
In a highly anticipated match in Bo, the host team Bo Rangers took an early lead in the 8th minutes of play by their sensational player called Abu Komeh, and the host double their lead in the 12th minutes with a goal scored by Mohamed Lamin.
The defending champions made it three in the 20th minutes from a close range and it was scored by Abu Komeh. The match ended three nile in the first half of played.
The visitor came very strong in the second half of play where they created a lot of chances and they failed to get a breakthrough and the match ended 3-0 in favour of Bo Rangers.
