The current leaders of the Leone Rock Premier league, Bo Rangers have extended their lead at the top of the Leone Rock Premier league. Bo Rangers defeated Ports Authority 2-1 on Saturday, May 11th, 2024, at the Bo Coronation Field which led them to extend their lead at the top.
The win extends their lead in the Leone Rock Premier League to eight points. Bo Rangers now sits at 57 points, while second-place FC Kallon has 49 points. Bo Rangers took the lead in the 26th minute through forward Suffian Kalokoh.
Ports Authority responded with an equalizer from their star striker Musa Noah Kamara who was the former striker of Bo Rangers in the 39th minute before halftime.
The game remained tied until the dying moments when Kwame Mketiah scored the winning goal for Bo Rangers in the first minute of stoppage time, securing a well-deserved victory for the league leaders.
