Bo Rangers wins Sierra Leone Premier League Back-to-Back

Bo Rangers has maintained their unbeaten run in the Sierra Leone Premier League after defeating their counterpart FC Kallon by 2 goals to 0 at the Southern Arena Stadium in Bo.

This encounter between Bo Rangers and FC Kallon was played on the 10th December 2023, where Santigie Sesay of Bo Rangers netted the open goal from a sensational strike in the 7th minutes of play while Ibrahim Turay (Computer) doubled the lead for Bo Rangers which help John Keister’s side secured all three points.

The said match is the sixth matches for Bo Rangers in this new campaign of which the club had won five games, a draw and a zero defeat in the league.

Bo Ranger are currently on top position with 16 points whilst their counterparts FC Kallon occupy the sixth position with nine points with six matches already played securing two wins, three draws and a defeat from league leaders, Bo Rangers, marking their first defeat of the league season.

It could be recalled that Bo Rangers finished the league last season unbeaten making them the second  provincial team to win the Sierra Leone Premier League in the country’s football history.

The Elephant boys are currently on records for maintaining the longest unbeaten run in the country spanning from last season unto date, making them 40 games unbeaten in the top flight league.
