Finance Ministers and Governors of Central Banks of West Africa member states of the West Africa Monetary Zone are converging in Freetown to attend statutory meetings hosted by the Bank of Sierra Leone and the Ministry of Finance.
The meeting commences today 5th February and will end on the 14th February 2025.
The gathering will be climaxed with the launch of the Instant Payment Switch by President Dr. Julius Maada Bio.
The meeting is a symbol of confidence in a growing economy like Sierra Leone.
