Residents of Tambaka village Talla section have called on government for the construction of their village roads network. The read is reported to be in terrible condition for which they are pleading with President Julius Maada Bio help them fix it as promised.
Tambakha is a chiefdom of Bombali District in the Northern Province of Sierra Leone.
Tambaka residents made the call on government in a video shared viral on social media imploring that all goods especially food stuff comes from neighbouring Guinea at a very expensive cost due to the deplorable condition of their road network.
They said that Guinean traders are accepting Sierra Leone currency the Leone because of it fall in value as against the Guinean Franc. Tambaka residents are therefore calling on government help them with the rehabilitation of the road to enable them access markets and sell their produces.
