Allegedly, for three consecutive times now, our sources say the alleged perpetrators of the bloody Mankneh Village attack have refused to appear in court despite the “Bench warrant. The Junior Officers did not execute the warrant of order from the superior boss.
On many occasions, the defendants of Mankneh attack would go to the vicinity of the court on the date scheduled for hearing, but would not appear before the magistrate; and after discussing with the powers-that-be, would return back home.
The refusal of the police to effect the warrant have seriously frustrated Magistrate Kamara, who at one occasion expressed his anger to the complainants.
