Kaikai joined Cambridge United last summer on a one-year deal.

The 28-year-old impressed in his debut season, racking up 47 appearances and chipping in with goals and assists.

His stellar performances earned him the Love Cambridge Player of the Month award in February.

Kaikai expressed his delight at staying on and contributing to the club’s promising future.

Manager Garry Monk is confident Kaikai can reach even greater heights under his system.

Sullay Kaikai: “I’m absolutely thrilled to sign another year with the club. Cambridge United is heading in a really exciting direction, and I can’t wait to play my part.

I loved my first full season here, and the trust from the manager, teammates, and fans means a lot to me.

Now it’s all about building on last season, growing within the gaffer’s setup, and improving as both a player and a team.”

Garry Monk: “I’m delighted Sullay has chosen to re-sign with us.

He’s a player with undeniable talent, and he’s proven his ability to create game-changing moments.

I believe there’s more to come from him, and with the hard work we expect from the players this season, Sullay has the chance to take his game to the next level.”
