CHANGE OF NAME

I OSEH SESAY of No. Kola Tree, Calaba Town, Freetown was formerly called FATU OSEH SESAY have now renounced and abandoned the use of my former name (FATU OSEH SESAY) and henceforth replace it with OSEH SESAY.

By this notice, all previous documents bearing the former name FATU OSEH SESAY remain valid.
