The president, Julius Maada Bio has appointed Dr. Emmanuel Saffa Abdulia, a renowned football stakeholder, philanthropist, and administrator, as the new Executive Director of the National Sports Authority, replacing Dr. Kenneth Brima who has served in this position for over five years now.

Known for his extensive experience and expertise in sports, particularly football, Dr. Abdulia’s selection came as no surprise to many within the sports world. His wealth of knowledge made him the best choice for the role, despite initial rumours linking him to the country’s Football Association presidency, many believe he is well-suited for the position and predict a successful tenure.
