Dr. Bangura rarely speaks unless necessary. But when he does, his words are measured, and his actions immediate. He spots challenges quietly and works to resolve them without fanfare.
On Thursday, 6th November 2025, the All Peoples Congress (APC) presumptive flagbearer once again demonstrated his quiet but unwavering commitment to strengthening the party’s structures, unity, and institutional resilience.
At the APC National Headquarters in Freetown, Dr. Bangura donated Le 500 million to the APC Northwestern Region through the National Executive and announced an additional Le 1 billion support to the party’s National Executive to bolster preparations for the upcoming lower-level elections.
“This gesture,” Dr. Bangura said, “is part of my continued commitment to empowering our regional and national structures to function effectively. The APC must remain strong, united, and ready to lead again.”
He explained that part of the Le 500 million donation will go toward refurbishing the historic Bai Bureh Hall in Port Loko, describing it as “a rich symbol of the APC’s political heritage and the enduring legacy of the late S.I. Koroma, whose name I proudly carry.”
Dr. Bangura’s donation also included:
300 bags of rice to the APC Young Congress,
300 bags of rice to the APC Women’s Congress,
100 bags of rice to the National Union of APC Students (NUAS), and
500 bags of cement to support the construction of a new APC Party Office in Kambia District.
This latest contribution follows his recent Le 500 million donation to the APC Kono District Branch to support the ongoing construction of the district’s party office, a pattern that defines him as a man of action and purpose.
His leadership style continues to inspire confidence among party members nationwide, proving that real leaders don’t just talk change; they deliver it.
