Regional Media Officer Freetown East (DSP) Edward Senise has Tuesday 31st January 2023, informed journalists at the SLP weekly press conference held police headquarters on George Street, Freetown that human bones are being used to manufacture kush.
He disclosed that an operational team from Harbour Division led by DSP Kamanoh has on Wednesday 25th January 2023, swiftly responded to a distressed call by one Sorie Kamara, the Supervisor of Kissy Road Cemetery, raided and arrested one Thaimu Momoh of No. 9 Moa Wharf. Momoh was found in possession of a human bone which he allegedly found in the cemetery. He told police that he intends to use the human bone for kush processing. He is in custody helping the police with further investigation.
