LOT 2- PROCUREMENT OF PLAQUES – BSL/HRD/NCB/2023/0001
Date of First Issue: November 8, 2023
The Bank of Sierra Leone has allocated funds from its 2023 budget and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the above listed items.
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can meet the undermentioned criteria and demonstrate the ability to supply the correct specification of the aforesaid goods within the specified time period.
Bidders can bid for any or all of the lots. Bidders must bid for all the items in a lot. Partial quotation shall be considered non-responsive.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below from Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Bidding documents must be purchased at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NLe500.00 (Five hundred New Leones) to be eligible to participate in the process. Bidders must submit a copy of their receipt, together with their bids as proof of purchase of the bidding documents.
Please note the following:
- Bidders are required to include 15% GST when computing the final bid price (where a bidder is registered for GST)
Bidding documents are also available at the Bank of Sierra Leone website: www.bsl.gov.sl for viewing only.
Bids must be deposited in the tender box at the address overleaf on or before 15th November, 2023 at 12:00 noon.
All bids must be accompanied by:
- bid security from a Commercial Bank as follows:
- Lot 1 – NLe9,000.00 (Nine thousand New Leones)
- Lot 2 – NLe3,000.00 (Three thousand New Leones)
- a valid Business Registration Certificate
- a valid NRA Tax Certificate
- a valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate
- Signed Bid Form
- A signed Integrity Pact; (attached in the bidding document)
- A detailed Company/Business Profile
- Most recent audited financial statement or most recent 12 months bank statement
- Samples/ evidence of similar work done for Lot 1 & 2
Potential Bidders must make payment of a non-refundable fee of NLe500.00 (Five hundred New Leones) for the Bidding Document in the Single Treasury Account at the Bank of Sierra Leone or any of the Transit Accounts with details as shown below and immediately submit the Bank Pay-in-Slip to the Procurement Unit, 8th Floor, Main Bank Building for issuance of receipt and collection of the bidding document.

Bidders must submit a copy of their Bank Pay-in-Slip together with their bid as proof of purchase of the bidding document.
Bids will be publicly opened on 15th November, 2023 at 12:05 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
