The Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority has set aside funds for its operations during the financial year 2024. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payments under the FRAME WORK CONTRACT for the supply and delivery of:
THE SUPPLY OF:
- COMPUTERS AND PERIPHERALS (LOT 1),
- HID PRINTER AND ACCESSORIES (LOT 2)
- SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONERS (LOT 3)
The Sierra Leone Road Safety now invites sealed bids from eligible Suppliers as follows:
Partial Quotations will be considered non responsive. Bidders may bid for one or all the lot.
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures in accordance with the Sierra Leone National Public Procurement Act 2016 and open to all eligible bidders, who can demonstrate the ability and financial capability to supply the required items.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bid document at the Procurement Unit, Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority, and 142 Kissy Road, Freetown from 9am – 3pm, and Mondays to Fridays except on public holidays.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of five hundred Leones (NL500), payment must be made to any of the following banks below:

Bids must be clearly marked on the outer envelope, indicating the details and procurement number and delivered to the above office on or before 12:00 noon on Monday 19th August 2024 and must be accompanied by the following documents:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Signed and Stamped bid form
- Bid Security of NLe 10,000 for each Lot from a reputable Commercial Bank
- A valid NRA tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- Each price must include 15% GST
- Warranty
- Audited Financial Statement for the past two years
Bids will be publicly opened on Monday 19th August 2024 at 12 noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
