One of Sierra Leone’s sensational forward, Issa Kallon, has made it to the Sierra Leone men’s team Leone Stars for Crucial their Ivory Coast double header matches.
The Head Coach of senior National Football Team, the Leone Stars, has made a significant announcement ahead of their upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025 qualifiers against Ivory Coast.
The team’s technical staff has included long-time absentee Issa Kallon in the squad for the crucial double-header.
Kallon, a talented attacking midfielder known for his skillful play, will be a key addition to Coach Amidu Karim’s team as they face the reigning African champions.
His return to the national team after a period of absence is expected to bolster the Leone Stars’ attacking prowess.
The two-match series against Ivory Coast is scheduled to take place on October 11th and 15th in Ivory Coast and Liberia Respectively.
