Kambio Eagles has trashed Tong FC by 6:0 at the WAFA regional to progress to the semi-finals of the playoff; the ultimate goal is to get premier league promotion for next season.
Kamboi Eagles Football Club is a Sierra Leonean professional football club based in Kenema City, Eastern Region Sierra Leone. The club was founded in 1956 and plays its home matches at the Kenema City Stadium in Kenema. Kamboi Eagles currently plays in the division one league of the country.
‘The Eagles’ have an intense rivalry with the Diamond Stars of Kono and cross-regional rival Bo Rangers. Kamboi Eagles have only previously won the Sierra Leone FA Cup three times, in 1981, 1985 and 2014.
