As a way to give back to society, one of the leading and fastest growing financial institution in the country, United Bank for Africa, UBA-SL has given away over NLe175,000 to its value customers in their first phase of the Legacy Promotion in the country.

This all important event took place on 4th October 2024, at the bank’s headquarters Charlotte Street in Freetown.

 

According to the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at UBA-SL, Sallieu Sesay, UBA-SL is spreading legacy and fortunate to its value customers that is why they brought the Legacy Promotion where customers could deposit a minimum of NLe 2,000 and stand a chance of winning NLe2,500, also, when someone deposited NLe5,000 the individual stand a chance of winning another NLe5,000, and someone deposited NLe10,000 the person stand a chance to win another NLe10,000 from the Legacy Promotion.

 

“Since the day we launched the promotion, all customers who had served Nle2, 000 have the chance to win Nle2, 500, and the same applies for customers that had served NLe5,000 and above have the chance to win NLe5,000 and the final set is the NLe10,000 and above also have the chance to win NLe10,000,” he said.

 

He further stated that UBA-SL is giving to its customers NLe350, 000; it’s a quarterly draw and it’s the first draw in the first draw he said, they are awarding 30 lucky customers that would take home a total amount of NLe175, 000 because those customers choose UBA as their bank.

 

Making her statement, the Acting Head of Customers Experience, Kumba Foday-Ngongou noted that UBA is celebrating its 75 years of banking excellence and 15 years in operation in Sierra Leone, adding that the bank can’t celebrate alone that’s why they deem it necessary to celebrate with their value customers.

 

She said they wanted to give back to their customers that entrusted with UBA-SL has their bank of choice and they are conducting their first draw for 30 customers and their final draw would be in December this year for another 30 customers to win cash prices from UBA-SL.

 

She ended by noting that their doors are open for any customer who may want to know more not only about the legacy promo, but also about the UBA-SL services in general.

 

“Here at UBA-SL our doors are opens for any customer who may want to know more not only about the legacy promotion, but also about the UBA-SL services in general. Don’t hesitate to engage anyone of we to know more about our services at UBA-SL. We are here for you as always,” she noted.

 

The lucky winners that won the first category of the first draw of NLe2, 500 each are: Mariatau Yeanoh Bangura, Mohamed Steven, Abu Kotubu Koroma, Amadu Wurie Jakiaty, AbuBakar Kargbo, Almamy and Co, Lappia Momoh, Iye Koroma, Sylvester P. Kamara, and Musa Bangura.

 

And the following are winners that won NLe5, 000 category each: Chernor Sedu Jalloh, Kabba Turay, Hawanatu Jalloh, Peter Borbor Lansana, Alfina Victoria Clyn, Isatu Jalloh, Musa Conteh, Mohamed Alie Jalloh, and Aminata Kabba.

 

And the final category of the Legacy Promotion that won the NLe10,000 are as follow: Bailor Jalloh, Alhassan Barrie, Mary J. Tondoneh, Hawa Josaih, Mohamed Shour, Ramatu Kamara, Alpha Gbla, Mamie Obai Turay, Geogiena Titi George, and Hassantu Marie Kargbo.
