The company has successfully integrated women across a wide range of operational and technical roles from engineers and supervisors to skilled machine operators. One of the shining examples of this initiative is Kadiatu Mansaray, a Sierra Leonean woman who has benefited from the company’s training program. Expressing her gratitude, Kadiatu shared:
