Electing Madam Veronica Yeama Ngegba Kougbaka Jombo as paramount chief of Small Bo chiefdom is a progressive step towards gender equality, inclusive governance and community development. Her late father became chiefdom clerk and speaker for Blama small Bo chiefdom and the great grand daughter of the first paramount P.C Senesie Jombo and grand daughter of P.C James Jombo of Small Bo chiefdom.
She is a certified medical practitioner and is well known for her ability to mediate conflicts, promote peace and a problem-solver.
If elected paramount chief of Small Bo chiefdom,she will foster unity among different groups in the community and inspire young girls and women to pursue leadership roles in all sectors.
Studies show that female leaders often invest more in education, healthcare, and social welfare and will therefore promote cohesion and unity amongst community members.
