He said on the 23 May 2023, he was on duty when the accused was arrested and brought in by the Anti-Drug Unit headed by inspector Kabba M. Z.

Reaching that point, he made serious blunder and was about to be corrected when he put up defence.

He was arguing his boss pick pocket to the point that the prosecutor was left with no option but to inform the Bench that the witness was the man who has been giving him problem.

Magistrate Kekura ordered the prosecutor to go and report him to the CDIID.

Speaking from the dock, the police officer argumentatively said he has not been working, but magistrate Sahr Kekura said that is not an excuse, because not being working doesn’t mean he should forget what he was mandated to do.

“My friend that is not the ethics, I believe should not have any urtication with your senior”, magistrate Kekura confronting him.

Right on the sport, Magistrate Sahr Kekura complained him to the chief prosecutor of Pademba Road Court number one Ibrahim Mansaray who was in court and further stated that they need to go and school him again on the ethics of being a police officer.

Magistrate Kekura however adjourned the matter to the 27th of September 2023 for continuation.
