Among the courses offered by the Maglice Program are Cake baking/pastry, Hair installation & makeup, Gara tie-dying, Event decorations, and Catering services. In his address as the Guest Speaker at the orientation ceremony, Commissioner Robert Kondema Kargbo, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Heritage Group of Companies, lauded the Maglice Program as a vital initiative that complements formal education in nurturing human capital development.

As part of the orientation ceremony, the Coordinator, Mrs. Alice Augusta Kargbo, outlined the rules and guidelines of the institution to the students, assuring the students that practical tools and resources have been made available for their training, and professional teachers are ready to impart knowledge and skills effectively.
She emphasized that the program does not seek to exploit students but rather aims to empower them through comprehensive training and mentorship.
Mrs. Kargbo reiterated that the Maglice Empowerment Skills Acquisition Program only requires a nominal registration fee as a token of appreciation for the inaugural intake of students.
She emphasized the importance of student dedication and punctuality, noting that absenteeism would not be tolerated, and students must adhere to the scheduled training sessions from Mondays to Thursdays, between 4 pm to 6 pm.
Furthermore, Mrs. Kargbo emphasized the significance of mutual respect among students and teachers, urging students to treat their education with seriousness and commitment.
She underscored the program’s zero-tolerance policy towards absenteeism and reminded students that persistent violations of the rules could result in expulsion from the program.
The Maglice Program offers a one-month intensive training course designed to equip students with practical skills and industry-relevant knowledge.
