The Mayor of Makeni, Abubakarr Kamara, popularly known as ‘Lamtales’, has officially received the YouthBuild SL’s programme of activities for the upcoming tree planting day slated for August 10, marking the organization’s Foundation and International Youth Day scheduled to be observed August 12 2024.
YouthBuild SL, under the leadership of its Founder and Chief Executive Officer – CEO, Mohamed Robinson Sesay Snr. is set to engage the community with these significant events aimed at environmental sustainability and youth empowerment.
Tree Planting Day will involve the planting of trees in various locations around Makeni, promoting ecological conservation and community involvement in environmental protection.
