Additionally, he elevated the State Security Rating to 71.9 percent, surpassing the regional benchmark. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Leadership Research from the Swiss Business School in Switzerland. He also earned an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from GIMPA University in Ghana, a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Sierra Leone, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Aviation Management from the Singapore Aviation Academy. Dr. Baio’s exemplary leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including the Pacesetter Award for exemplary leadership and selfless service from the West African Leadership and Empowerment Centre in Lagos, Nigeria.
