The city of Freetown is set to come alive with music, lights, and unstoppable energy as rising musical sensation Musa Jalloh, popularly known as Mus B, prepares to host one of the most anticipated entertainment events of the year on May 10 at the scenic De Code Beachfront.

As a celebration of music, unity, and positive vibes, the event is already creating a major attention across Sierra Leone’s entertainment scene. Fans and music lovers from across the country are eagerly counting down the days to witness what promises to be an electrifying night of performances, inspiration, and unforgettable moments.

Mus B, whose reputation has soared in recent years thanks to his unique blend of uplifting lyrics and energetic stage presence, has vowed to deliver a show that will leave a lasting impact on fans and elevate the local music scene. Known for his infectious hits and passion for spreading good vibes, Mus B says this event is more than just a concert — it’s a movement.

“I want people to leave this show feeling inspired, energized, and proud of Sierra Leonean music,” Mus B said in a interview at one of the major Radio stations earlier this week. “This isn’t just about me. It’s about celebrating our talent, our culture, and giving fans the kind of experience they deserve.”

Adding to the excitement is the stellar lineup of guest performers already confirmed for the night. Some of the biggest names in Sierra Leone’s entertainment industry — including the iconic Star Zee, the dynamic duo Kracktwist and Samza, the soulful Alieu Melody, lyrical heavyweight Rap G, and many more — will take the stage alongside Mus B to create an atmosphere of musical unity and celebration.

With such an impressive roster, fans can expect a diverse mix of genres, from rap and afrobeat to R&B and traditional sounds, all woven together by powerful live performances and crowd engagement. The organizers have promised top-notch sound systems, lighting, and security to ensure a safe and memorable experience for all attendees.

The De Code Beachfront, known for hosting major entertainment events in Freetown, will provide a perfect backdrop for this musical spectacle. Its open-air ambiance and beachfront vibe are expected to enhance the overall energy and give fans the freedom to dance and vibe under the stars.

Event promoter and entertainment analyst, Abdulai Koroma, described the upcoming concert as a “game-changer” for the industry. “Mus B is one of the most promising young artists in Sierra Leone. He has built a loyal fan base through his music and his message. Bringing together this kind of talent in one space is not just entertainment — it’s a statement that our music industry is growing and deserves support.”

Social media has already been flooded with excitement, with fans using hashtags like #MusBLive2025 and #BeachVibes to share their anticipation. Tickets are reportedly selling fast, with early bird offers already sold out and VIP sections quickly filling up.

Mus B also used the platform to express gratitude to his supporters, sponsors, and fellow artists who have stood by him over the years. “I’ve come a long way, and I couldn’t have done it without the love of my fans and the support of the entertainment family,” he said. “This show is my way of giving back.”

With all eyes on May 10, Freetown is gearing up for a musical event that could set new standards for local concerts. For fans of Mus B and lovers of Sierra Leonean music, the De Code Beachfront is the place to be.
