Orange Money Sierra Leone Orange – Money SL in partnership with Orange Sierra Leone’s Business-to-Business (B2B) has last Thursday, June 6, 2024 hosted Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Small Office/Home Office (SoHo) customers at a one-day business dialogue hosted at the Freetown City Hall.
The gathering which brought top level business leaders from across the board is aimed at fostering fruitful dialogue to enhance efficient service delivery. It was also conveyed to facilitate common business understanding among SMEs, SoHos and addressing the needs of business partners to underscores Orange’s commitment to customer-centric innovation and service improvement.
Addressing participants at the opening the Chief Executive Officer – CEO Orange Money Sierra Leone, David Mansaray expressed his profound delight for the business owners’ well-attended forum. Mansaray underscored the critical role of Orange Money in business transactions and encouraged non-Orange Money users to adopt the service for their business needs.
He informed that the functionalities of Orange Money, including payment collections and disbursements further discussing the platform’s forthcoming features. The CEO announced plans by Orange Money to introduce solutions that facilitate seamless transfers between merchant accounts and banks, alongside other financial services to be rolled out through strategic partnerships.
Mansaray vowed to simplify financial processes for small business owners by way of providing them with easier access to loans and other benefits without the burden of extensive documentation.
