Orange Money Sierra Leone (OSL) has officially collaborated with the Sierra Leone Insurance Association (SLIA), including National Insurance Company, Staco Insurance Company, International Insurance Company, and others, to digitize motor insurance payments through Orange Money.

Managing Director, Arthur Yaskey of National Insurance Company lauds the partnership for its positive impact on the insurance industry, emphasizing the convenience offered by the mobile money platform. Sierra Leone Insurance Commission (SLICOM) representative Raymond Macaulay highlights SLIA’s role in regulating insurance companies to ensure adherence to standards.

Ambassador Alie Bangura, SLIA Chairman, underscores the collaboration’s benefits in eliminating the need for distant payment trips and announces Sierra Leone as the first African country to digitize its insurance business.
