When interviewed by this medium, Alhaji Ishmael Alieu Kargbo stated that he is matured and a citizen responsible to be a Regent C. He added that he has witnessed the reign of eight Paramount Chiefs in the region. He explained that the process of choosing a Paramount Chief involves the death of the host Paramount Chief, followed by a ritual ceremony to choose a new Paramount Chief.
