Police in Freetown have arrested one Abdulai Turay in possession of fifty-three wraps of a substance suspected to be kush.
Disclosure of the arrest of the drug-kush dealer was Tuesday 24 January 2023 made by Commissioner Victor Manfred Williams during police weekly news conference at George Street, Freetown.
Williams said upon received alerts, an operation team led by DSP Lilia Koroma and Abdulai Turay moved to the crime scene and effectively executed the arrest of one Issa Deen of No. 5 Sir Samuel Lewis Road, Aberdeen in the West of Freetown.
The suspect was in possession of fifty-three (53) wraps of substance suspected to be kush with the sum of One Hundred and Forty-Six New Leones (NLe146).
