Waterloo Division Police in the Western Rural District has recently discovered the lifeless body of a 59-year-old woman, a petty trader name withheld.
This disclosure was Thursday 6 July 2023 made by the Divisional Media Unit, Waterloo. Police reports are that the 59-year-old woman was found under her mattress, without her ears cut off.
Police say her hands and feet were tied with multiple lacerations.
Her remains had already been conveyed to the Connaught Hospital mortuary for postmortem examinations.
