As we continued to show our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Goodwill by supporting local communities and Masjids during the holy month of Ramadan.

This annual initiative forms part of the company’s broader efforts to give back to society, promote unity and support those in need especially during the holy month.

A Cross- section of QCell’s Marketing and Sales team embarked on a community outreach activity that saw the delivering of assorted food items to various Masjids across Freetown.

The items delivered included essential foodstuffs such as Bags of Rice, Bags of Sugar and other non-perishable items that are crucial for iftar.

The donation drive was carefully planned to reach masjids located in both central and underserved areas of the city. From the heart of Freetown to its outskirts, the QCell team was warmly welcomed by Imams, mosque elders, and community members who expressed heartfelt gratitude for the support.

QCell Sierra Leone continues to place strong emphasis on the values of generosity, empathy and inclusiveness. Through initiatives like this, the company reinforces its role as a responsible corporate citizen that listens to the needs of the people it serves and not just in terms of connectivity, but in building a society where everyone feels seen, supported and valued.

As the Holy Month has ended, QCell remains committed to being a beacon of hope and support, not just during Ramadan, but all year round.
