In its drive to provide reliable, safe and secure mobile cash transfer to customers across the country, one of the fastest growing networks QCell Sierra Leone has recently introduced QCell services on Port Loko Road in Lungi, Kafu Bullum Chiefdom Port Loko district North-West region at a pilot phase, announced QCell SL official social media handles. The unveiling occasion attracted the dignitaries within the community and its surroundings.
Lungi being the heart of the district, the new customer care centre at Port Loko Road, Lungi, is up to offer services aimed at enhancing real time customers’ easy access to QCell SL services. The new QCell SL customer centre now complements the customer care centre at the Freetown International Airport also in Lungi.
With the increasing number of QCell subscribers across the country by the tick of the clock, QCell SL deemed it much necessary for the opening of another customer service shop in Lungi, to enable subscribers earn easy access to QCell services and products in that part of the country.
