Speaking at the event, a representative of QCell highlighted that the new customer care shop will provide a one-stop service point for SIM registration, customer support, mobile services, and QMoney transactions. The shop is expected to significantly improve service delivery while reducing the need for customers to travel long distances to access QCell support.

“This new customer care shop demonstrates QCell’s dedication to customer satisfaction and financial inclusion. We are proud to extend our services to Kambia and ensure residents enjoy fast, safe, and convenient telecom and mobile money solutions,” the spokesperson noted.

The event also featured a QMoney sensitization session, where customers were educated on the benefits of using QMoney for secure money transfers, bill payments, and everyday transactions. Attendees were encouraged to dial *323# to experience QMoney’s convenience.

Community leaders welcomed the development, describing it as a timely intervention that will boost local economic activity, improve communication, and create easier access to digital financial services.

With this latest opening, QCell continues to expand its footprint nationwide, aligning with its mission to “Expand Your World” by connecting people, businesses, and communities through reliable communication and innovative digital solutions.
