Speaking at the launch, Qcell’s management emphasized that the company is not just building infrastructure but also making a strong commitment to social and economic development in Sierra Leone. “This expansion is more than a network upgrade. 
It is about empowering people, creating opportunities, and ensuring that no community is left behind in this digital era,” a senior official noted.
The rollout of these sites is expected to have far-reaching impacts, particularly for rural communities.
