In a vibrant and enthusiastic ceremony, staff members of the Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority (SLRSA) warmly welcomed their newly appointed Executive Director, James Baggieson Bio, and Deputy Executive Director, Abraham Josie Scott-Manga, on March 17, 2025.
