The Maintenance Manager of the Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO), Ing. John Augustine Forewa is currently in Kenema, holding strategic engagements with colleagues and stakeholders purposefully on the reinstatement of water distribution pipes.
Road works in the district have been affecting the SALWACO network. Thus, Ing. Forewa started with a meeting with the SALWACO management in Kenema on the commencement of pipe installation along the affected areas.
Sombo Street, Jenneh Street, Massaquoi Street and Mission Road are some of the affected areas. Ing. Forewa also met with the Assistant Regional Engineer of the Sierra Leone Roads Authority (SLRA) and with another Engineer of Pavifort, Ing. Oduma.
