Earlier Bockarie told the court that since 2012 he had entered as a civil engineer and had worked in several institutions in the country and beyond.

He told the court that based on his assessment conducted, 74% of the work had been done on the UN Permanent Mission Chancery Building, mainly in the first, fifth and sixth floors.

He was asked by the defence lawyer regarding procurement manual documents, and he said he was not aware of any document and that the said document was given by parliament.

Justice Adrian Fisher adjourned the matter till Tuesday 26 April 2022.
