The Sierra Leone Football Association was established in 1960 and was legally registered in Sierra Leone with Registration No. CF632001 charged with the responsibility to Administer Football Activities all over the country sanction with FIFA/CAF/ WAFU.

1. Invitation to Bid

The Sierra Leone Football Association is inviting sealed bids from eligible and qualified travel agencies to provide air ticketing services for the transportation of officials and players for Under -17 Tournament organize by WAFU Zonal Competitions. The services are required for all international matches/tournament to enable SLFA send its representations for international tournaments, training camps, etc.].

2. Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be required to provide:

• International and domestic air tickets for football teams, and technical officials.
• Best possible routing and pricing, with flexible booking and rescheduling options.
• Support with visa applications and travel insurance (if required).
• Provision of detailed travel itineraries for each trip.
• Emergency support during travel.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for consideration, the bidder must provide:

1. Company profile.
2. Valid business registration certificates.
3. Tax clearance certificate.
4. IATA (International Air Transport Association) certification.
5. Proof of previous experience in providing air ticketing services for similar organizations, including at least 3 references.
6. Proposed air ticketing rates, including any discounts.
7. Any additional value-added services.

4. Bid Submission Instructions

Bidders are required to submit their proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked:

5. Evaluation Criteria

Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. Price Competitiveness: Competitive pricing and clear cost breakdown.
2. Experience and Past Performance: Demonstrated experience in handling similar contracts.
3. Service Quality: Ability to provide flexible booking and rescheduling, emergency support, and value-added services.
4. Compliance with Eligibility Requirements: Submission of all required documentation.

6. Contract Award

The Sierra Leone Football Association reserves the right to:

• Award the contract to the bidder whose offer represents the best value for money.
• Accept or reject any or all bids, and to cancel the bidding process without assigning any reasons.

7. Terms and Conditions

• The bid price shall remain valid for 30 days from the date of submission.
• Payment terms shall be negotiated and agreed upon in the final contract.
