The Sierra Leone Premier League commonly known as the Leone Rock Premier League First Legs has ended in the country. The first leg had ended in a grand breaking way where the defending champions Bo Rangers are currently leading the table with 37 points after 17 matches played. They have won 11 draw 4 and lost 2 games in the league so far.
FC Kallon ended the first leg of the league in the 2nd position with 32 points after 17 matches played and with their exceptional performance a lot of football worshipers are seeing FC Kallon as one of the favourites of winning the league.
Also, the new boys that got promotion to the Sierra Leone Premier League Bhantal FC are in 3rd position with 31 points after 17 games played in the league. 
They have been so formidable since they gained promotion to the league and seeing them to be one of the favourite to win the League.
Luawa FC is in 4th position with 28 points, whilst East End Lions FC is in 5th position with 27 points. They came very strong after they had a poor start at the beginning of the league.
Freetown City FC is in the 6th position with 26 points, whilst Old Edwardians are in the 7th position with 23 points after 17 games played. Wusum Stars from Makeni are in the 8th points with 23 points and they’re level on point with Old Edwardians in the 7th position and Lamboi FC in 9th position. They three teams are having the same points show how intensive the league is.
SLIFA FC is in the 10th position with 22 points after 17 matches played whereas Ports Authority FC also in the 11th position with the same 22 points. Wilberforce Strikers FC is in the 12th position with 20 points after 17 games played and Diamond Stars are pushing the gap between them in the 13th position with 16 points.
Bai Bureh Warriors FC, and Mighty Blackpool FC are all levels on 16th points in the league, whereas at the bottom of the table we have Real Republicans FC and Kahunla Rangers FC are levels on 15 points and they are in the 16th and 17th position respectively.
At the rock bottom of the table we have Kholifa Stars with 14 points after 17 matches played. All the 18 teams are on intensive preparations for the second leg which could commence on the 8th of March 2024. The Premier League is well tightening at the bottom where everyone from 13th to 18th has a potential to relegate from the League because it’s just two points that separated the teams.
